Lunch box recipe #6
Jump to RecipeAbout corn rice recipe – Corn rice is a simple lunch box recipe. We use pre cooked rice, boiled corn and few spices to make this recipe. I do not use any sauces to prepare this dish.
Corn is loaded with fiber and contains vitamin C, B vitamins, magnesium and potassium. It is grown and consumed all over the world. Using sweet corn we can make chats, snacks, pulao etc. You can use fresh corn or frozen corn to make this recipe. I prefer to use corn cob. Using sweet corn gives little sweet taste to dish, and we also add pepper which enhances the taste of this dish.
