Hi, This is Reshma Manupati author, photographer and recipe creator behind Recipes and Stories. First of all thank you so much for visiting here. I hail from a village, in rayalaseema, India. Currently, I live in Singapore with my husband. Being the elder one, i am the one always helping my mom in the kitchen. So, i started cooking from an young age and gained lot of interest in it. After marriage, i moved to Singapore.
Growing in a village which share the border of two states Andhra Pradesh and Tamil nadu, we have mix of cultures, language and also food. Love for cooking got me into an idea why not documenting this food journey and here i am!
Here, i share recipes i learnt from my amma(mom) and nanamma(grand mom), which are healthy and tasty too. I love to experiment with food and create recipes and i would love to share the recipes with all of you in this space.
Clicking good photos is also very important for this blog. I am not a great photographer, but i always try my best to click some good photos of the food i cook. I use an iPhone to click the recipe photos and edit. For me its been a great experience and i am enjoying a lot documenting the recipes.
