Baby corn pepper fry recipe with step by step instructions and photos.
Jump to RecipeBaby corn pepper fry is a simple side dish, and yet very tasty. It is a simple, quick stir fry with baby corn. It goes well with any rice based dish. I usually pair this with ghee rice.
I do not add any other veggie to this stir fry, like capsicum etc., so we can enjoy the vegetable as is. This stir fry is simple and yet flavorful. I make this fry in an iron pan, which enhances the taste of the vegetable.
This fry not so spicy, so even kids can enjoy. Do try this recipe and let me know how it turned out.
